With its many islands and archipelagos, Asia is a very relevant market for electric or hybrid aircraft. Asian Aerospace has put down an order for three ERA aircraft to link the islands in the Philippine region.

Despite managing a fleet of 17 aircraft including nine helicopters and eight private jets, PhilJets had to use its industry partners' aircraft to support missions to bring home stranded tourists in the region.
