In a deal worth up to $580m, FFG plans to launch air taxi services in southeast Asia, Europe and the Middle East using Archer’s vertiport infrastructure. The two companies will work on an operating alliance.

When Airdriven purchased Titan in April initial discussions showed promise, but subsequent analysis has revealed challenges that could impact the long-term growth and sustainability of the entities.

Amalgamating the two companies will diversify their product offerings and expand capabilities. They will operate as Airdriven Titan Global and retain current staff.
