Polar Airlines has seven Ansat-Ms lined up

New blades with improved aerodynamics for the Ansat's tail and main rotor are being developed. Their use will increase its ability to manoeuvre. Polar Airlines is preparing to take delivery of seven units, starting this year.

During the MAKS-2019 air show, Russian Helicopters and Polar Airlines concluded a contract for the supply of seven modernised Ansat helicopters starting from 2021. These aircraft will enjoy support from HSC.

Polar Airlines has been operating five Russian Helicopters Mi-8MTV-1 rotorcraft since late 2017, and they have proven themselves to be very effective when operating in the punishing conditions towards the north of Russia.
