Leonardo is to send the first AW139 Full Flight Simulator to Japan which, combined with its E-Learning and procedural trainer capabilities, will maximise safety and operational effectiveness in the region.
A newly added AW109SP will be used for EMS operations by Shizuoka ACC across parts of Japan's main island of Honshu. The company also plans to put its Falcon 2000EX onto its charter AOC.

This move from Suzuyo subsidiary Shizuoka Air Commuter Corporation is all part of the Doctor Heli programme, which is designed to provide high quality emergency medical services throughout Japan.
