Momentum is sustained over 2022 at MAC reliever airports

MAC reliever airports supported 342,000 operations in 2022, a little under the 2021 total. In the past five years, more than $50 million has been invested to provide a safe, efficient and modern system.
The MAC's six general aviation reliever airports relieve congestion that would otherwise impact Minneapolis’ international airport. Last year saw a resurgence in business, leisure and educational flights.
MAC reliever airports report surprising 2020 uptick

Flying Cloud airport located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and Airlake airport located in Lakeville, Minnesota drove the operations increase in the MAC reliever airport system. Flying Cloud ops were up by 19 per cent.
