Five-blade H145 makes the grade for DRF Luftrettung

In March 2021, DRF Luftrettung became the first Airbus customer worldwide to jointly carry out retrofitting of an existing H145. Its plan is to bring all of its aircraft up to speed using five-bladed rotorcraft instead of four.
The increase in the payload of DRF Luftrettung's five-blade Airbus Helicopters H145 makes it possible to react more effectively to spontaneous requirements at the place of use, by taking on additional medical personnel.
