KAI will supply components for prototype and production aircraft. It has significantly invested in production infrastructure so as to grow its market share in the rapidly growing AAM market.

Following certification in September this year, Gloria Aviation has taken delivery of the first light civil helicopter from KAI. It will enter service in an emergency medical services configuration in December in Jeju.

The Korean National Police Agency is the first customer to operate Surion-based helicopters among domestic government agencies and has purchased ten Chamsuri in total, including this contract for two rotorcraft.
