NetJets has obtained purchase rights for 20 AS2 supersonic business jets, which start production at Aerion Park in Melbourne, Florida in 2023. The supersonic company is also working with FlightSafety on training.

Aerion is assembling a lengthening list of design partners in order to bring its AS2 to market. The latest to pledge allegiance is Rosen, which is tasked with assembling a cabin management and technology system.

Just as the AS2 private jet seeks to deliver carbon neutral flight, the home in which it will be created aims to be the most environmentally sustainable of its kind in the aerospace sector. Haskell won the race to build it.
