Voting will take place for the FBO Feedback 24 survey from April until closing on July 31st, 2024. A list of the highest ranking FBOs in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region will be published in the September edition, and North America (US, Canada, Mexico) in the October edition.

Voting is online only, and limited to individuals directly involved in business aircraft operations. Each can vote for as many FBO/handlers as they choose, providing a rank from 1 to 9 on four different criteria. The final result table is based on the average scores given. For statistical purposes only those FBO/handlers with more than a minimum number of scores submitted will be included in the final table results.
